With the advent of blockchain technology and the fourth industrial revolution known as cryptocurrency, there will be massive opportunities. In addition, the art world has benefited from new mediums and outlets to showcase art. When the SEC v. Ripple case ends victoriously XRP will have regulatory clarity, Ripple will go public with an initial public offering, and as a direct result, there will be significant price discovery. With the influx of capital coming to the XRPL will come more financial and technological advancements. It is an honor to seize this moment with such a great community making positive changes in the world.  

In comparison to the other blockchain networks, the XRPL is among the lowest in energy use, CO2 emissions, and gas fees. With many anticipated features arriving on the XRPL and Xahau such as Federated Sidechains, Hooks (smart contracts), and the Automated Market Maker we are prepared to integrate with what’s ahead.

Soldier Vision

xSOLDIERZ is a Genesis collection of uniquely generated soldierz ready for battle. This community project will serve as a bootstrapping launchpad to raise the capital needed to continue building on the XRPL and what is in the pipeline. Included in these efforts will be outreach and charitable donations to organizations involving military veterans, victims of sex trafficking, women, and children.  

We are ecstatic that NFTs are now on the XRPL - the original, fastest, and most cost-efficient blockchain in the world. The vision is to continually build and evolve as the environment changes. The aim is to continue building within the community of artists, developers, and visionaries. We strive for xSOLDIERZ to provide value and utility to the community in the evolving blockchain ecosystems - Metaverse gaming, DeFi, and tokenization. We uphold six pillars of excellence when it comes to the success of the project: Integrity, Innovation, Quality, Consistency, Community, and Collaboration.

Amici Curiae – “Friends of the Court”

The xSOLDIERZ pays homage to the XRP Army. On December 21, 2020 the Chairman of the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Ripple on his way out the door a day before his last day in office. After three years of legal proceedings and antics in which the XRP Community has participated in SEC v. Ripple as Amici Curiae (meaning “friends of the court”), we stand together at attention ready to FLIP THE SWITCH! Rallying together in camaraderie has carried us through the gross dereliction of duty by the SEC which inspired the creation of this project. We believe the proof is in the community and that community is xSOLDIERZ!

Now enlisting the XRP Army with three premiere NFT collections, the Genesis collection of xSOLDIERZ will consist of 100 limited-series NFTs. The first are variations of a singular persona, Lieutenant Larsen, a street-fighter-turned-cryptocurrency-advocate.

Representing the XRPL Community as a friend of the court, Lieutenant Larsen characterizes camaraderie and the slew of hardship that the XRP Army has treaded through despite the gross dereliction of duty by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

xSOLDIERZ community rewards

We are pleased to announce the official xSOLDIERZ reward system featuring the robust utility token - $xRATIONS.

$xRATIONS will be distributed upon the launch of the Lieutenant Larsen Genesis Collection. No Private sale, no ICO, no pre-mining. With this token collectors can accumulate value outside the price appreciation of their NFTs.

War Chest Airdrops will consistently take place to engage the community proactively.  

The primary way to partake in the xRATIONS distribution is to hold one or more battle-tested xSOLDIERZ NFTs living on the XRPL.

‍‍The weekly/monthly distributions require a combination of at least one NFT and a minimum number of $xRATIONS. Anybody who wants $xRATIONS needs to hold an NFT or buy it on an exchange. Hoo-Rah! The more of these NFTs you hold, the more you earn. Each NFT equals 641 xRATIONS. (see Tokenomics)

While it could be enticing to sell off any airdropped tokens immediately, as some would, this incentive has been designed to reward holders. By holding, members receive early access to future NFT mints and remain eligible for additional airdrops, xHOLDERZ ROI Group, staking, and future projects planned on the XRPL and Xahau.

Loyalty Buybacks - Once all $xRATIONS are distributed price appreciation will be found. The simple way to make the utility tokens work is to become an xHOLDER and stay the course.

The first way we support price appreciation and stability is, once each collection 'mints out' 25% of the proceeds will reallocate back into xHOLDERZ loyalty pool for reinvestment. Buybacks may be initiated by price appreciation of $XRP, and/or other XRPL tokens to be voted on. The timing of buybacks will depend on market sentiment and certain milestones correlated to the price of $XRP (i.e. when XRP hits $5.89 or more, then buybacks will be initiated.)

Given the $xRATIONS deflationary model, buybacks, and reinvestment we enable price appreciation to become a vicious cycle in bull markets. In bear markets, we have DeFi tools and are not limited to simpler means but for now, this is our treaty.

$xrations tokenomics

$xRATIONS will have a maximum supply of 200,000,000 tokens and will be used as the premiere utility token of xSOLDIERZ. The minting wallet will be black holed to help maintain the token's deflationary value so no additional tokens can be created.  

The allocation will be as follows:

*Split into three (3) distributions correlated to each wave, the War Chest Reward Pool will allocate 33% of its $xRATIONS evenly and concurrently across the three (3) waves.

Through KYC verification on the Xumm wallet we make it our priority to be as transparent as possible and accountable to the community. We will also be implementing ways to weed out manipulation of bots and focus on distributing reward tokens via set requirements to verify people with proven identities and genuinely interested players.

charity program

xSOLDIERZ is committed to building partnerships with various organizations and non-profits. We believe in fighting like SOLDIERZ to protect humanity and this is our way of giving back. We would like to direct our efforts to support military veterans, victims of sex trafficking, women, and children. Portions of the profits will be allocated to entities supporting these causes. Donations will be processed and viewable to the public via an XRP address that will be posted on the xSOLDIERZ website. Funds will be converted from XRP and sent via US dollars or transferred to an entity that accepts cryptocurrency. The chosen charity will be vetted for authenticity and audited for confirmation that the charity has received the funds.
